FRODA was created to bring world-class specialty coffee and unforgettable café experiences to Erbil. Every cup is carefully crafted using premium beans and expert brewing techniques.
FRODA was built on a simple belief — that great coffee deserves a great room. We opened our doors on Gulan Street to give Erbil a place where the ritual of espresso, the craft of pour-over, and the patience of a perfect matcha could all live together under one roof.
Our beans are sourced from celebrated farms across Ethiopia, Colombia, and Yemen, roasted to bring out their honest character, and brewed by baristas who treat each order like the first of the day.
The space itself is part of the experience: warm wood, soft light, and quiet corners for everything from morning planning to evening conversation.

We work directly with farms and importers we trust, paying premium prices for premium beans. Each lot is cupped, profiled, and matched to the brewing method that lets it speak. The goal is never trendy — it's faithful.
